Welcome to Qlarity PPF™. By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or conducting business with Qlarity PPF™, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or purchasing products from Qlarity PPF™, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Return Policy, Warranty Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products from Qlarity PPF™. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
3. Products and Intended Use
Qlarity PPF™ products are professional-grade materials intended for trained installers or knowledgeable users.
Qlarity PPF™ is not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation, incorrect storage or handling, use outside intended applications, or failure to follow provided instructions. All installation is performed at the installer’s discretion and risk.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, cancel orders due to inaccuracies, and limit quantities per order. Payment must be received in full prior to order fulfillment.
5. Orders and Fulfillment
Order processing times may vary based on product availability and demand. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Qlarity PPF™ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or force majeure events. Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon shipment.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return and Exchange Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service.
7. Warranty
Certain Qlarity PPF™ products may be covered under a separate Warranty Policy. Warranty coverage applies only to the product itself and does not include labor, installation costs, or vehicle damage. Warranty claims must follow the procedures outlined in the applicable Warranty Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qlarity PPF™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business or revenue, vehicle damage, or installation-related failures.
Qlarity PPF™’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Qlarity PPF™, its owners, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of improper use of products, installation errors, or violation of these Terms of Service.
10. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, product names, images, content, and materials displayed on this website are the property of Qlarity PPF™ and may not be used, copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
11. Dealer and Wholesale Accounts
Dealer and wholesale accounts are subject to additional eligibility requirements and separate pricing or distribution agreements. Qlarity PPF™ reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate dealer accounts at its sole discretion.
12. Account Termination
Qlarity PPF™ reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts for reasons including violation of these Terms of Service, fraudulent activity, or abuse of policies or warranty claims.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
14. Changes to Terms
Qlarity PPF™ reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
